Reception staff friendly, helpful and responsive. Lovely facility, good quality fittings and equipment. Very comfortable cabin. Clean, but a strong smell of disinfectant on arrival. Cabin had a bedroom (large double bed), good sized shower room with decent shower and kitchen/sitting room. Ideal for 2 people. Using the sofa bed for an extra 2 people would be rather cramped Bedroom size adequate. Very comfortable bed. Good quality bed linen and luxurious towels. Outside terrace for eating. Kettle and coffee machine provided.

At the resort, all rooms are equipped with a patio. Each room is fitted with a coffee machine and a private bathroom with a shower, while selected rooms come with a kitchen equipped with an oven. Some cabins provide a mountain and/or lake view at Terra Nova Cabins. Each cabin is equipped with a picnic table and outdoor grill. The apartment itself is lovely, and the views and remote location, it would be hard for anyone to be disappointed with this place.

We stayed in a cabin, not hotel. It was easy access to main lodge for anything, steps to hot tub, laundry and vending machine. The cabin was clean, large. Bathrooms were good size. Desk and seating. Just a note, cafe is closed, restaurant is open just for dinner (maybe due to shoulder season)
