Front entrance feels like private resort. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Beautiful large high ceiling resort fireplace lounge where breakfast is located.

Everything! Nice people good food fantastic atmosphere and luxury tents.

The Resort, the facilities, the room and beds

Location to the Grand Canyon South Rim was awesome - less than 5 minutes to park entrance. Resort great for families - two pools and hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor), game room with bowling, outdoor bar, two restaurants, and many other activities. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating for families - nice touches like a clothes line in the bathroom to hang swimsuits, heat lamp for drying swimsuits in bathroom, different types of k-cups for Keurig (coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate), actual bars of soap.

The resort was nice and family friendly. Lots to do for the kids. Clean and Comfortable. Associates were helpful as well.

Beautiful resort , staff are welcoming and helpful, clean & large rooms, a pub, bowling and an arcade!!

The room was spacious with a whole wall of windows with very substantial drapes to block the sun if desired. We did not eat at the resort due to prices but the location was wonderful, just outside the main gate to the Grand Canyon. Our room overlooked the pool which looked very inviting, though we didn't go swimming.

The hotel resort was really nice. The room was very large and clean. I was surprised the hotel does not charge to wash your clothes and it was free. There is a nice pub and another restaurant that has good food with a cool gift shop. Its only a 15 minute drive from the Grand Canyon. The pool area is really nice and there is a bar there to order drinks

The resort was very clean and inviting, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a standard room that was very nice and clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had nice large shower. We had a lot of fun in the casino. We didn't eat there much but the food I the restaurants was very good especially Zeinth! I definitely wouldn't have an issue staying there again.

Loved the luxurious feel of the resort and the location to the Grand Canyon, the availability of the restaurants at the resorts and all the fun things they had available to do.
