The view from our room was stunning, coconut forest with abundance of wildlife and eagles soaring above. The room itself was excellent. The food in the restaurant was class and I can’t thank the staff enough they all made our stay memorable.

Vegetarian and halal options can also be requested. We were so happy with our stay at Adaar. We were looking for somewhere to relax after a very busy few weeks and this was the perfect fit. The staff here are incredible, are always working so hard to make sure you are enjoying your stay. We had the breakfast every morning where you could choose American/continental/sri Lankan or Indian and it was always delicious with plenty of food! The accommodation is a little far out from the main centre of shops/restaurants in Nivali and Trincomalee but we rented a scooter so this wasn’t an issue and the hotel pool is so great there’s no big need to leave!

Elena is a an amazing host! She was always available and took care of everything. She organized all of my activities (diving school, dolphin Tour and pigeon island) and transport to my bus. The accomodation was really clean and had a laundry service. I always ate breakfast there. It is also super close to the beach (4 mins) and ai could use the sunbeds of a Restaurant on the beach for free! So all in all great recommendation!

Located near Trincomalee in Salli-Sampaltivu, 108 Palms Beach Resort offers accommodation on the private beach. The resort offers 3 semi-detached villas, divided into 6 separate units with a shared terrace. Lovely place. A bit further from Uppuveli but very clean and quiet. The nature is very cherished in the property , nice pool, private part of the beach , practically no people there. Breakfast was nice and different every day, unlike in all other hotels we stayed. Nice big rooms , a fridge is a bonus, to keep water and fruit cold.
