All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

Everything was just amazing this is really the best hotels you can have holidays in Egypt I love this company have been to many of albatross hotels but I can tell you thing this is the best one the staff is so nice and friendly all of them so helpful and they really works from their heart thanks to all of them everyone and special thanks to HAZEM from the animation team ❤️ definitely will be back

We didn’t mind a longer walk along the beach in the morning to get to our favorite breakfast spot, at least some of the calories could be burned, that we gained from the overall fantastic food options every day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and so amazing to our little one, I can’t thank them enough for making this trip so special. Thanks also to Mostafa for promptly solving any issues and taking care throughout our stay. A very clean and nice property.

We felt home , welcomed . Real family environment. The hotel is huge , beautiful, clean and well organised. Thank you to all the Amr , so many of them but all amazing. Facing the beachfront, JAZ Elite Amara offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and has a garden, private beach area and terrace. The accommodation provides a range of water sports facilities, as well as a bar and barbecue facilities. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and a kids' club. Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.
