From the girls who welcome you, they are very friendly, very receptive and try to find options for you. The rooms are quite large and the bathroom is a bit small. The location is excellent, very close to downtown. It is not a 5 star hotel and it needs to be upgraded but it is really worth it, we would come back.

This Gatlinburg resort is a 4-minute drive from the Smoky Mountains and features 2 seasonal outdoor pools and an on-site restaurant. Little Pigeon River runs alongside the property.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff and mountain views, very comfortable unit with everything a traveler could require- washer/ dryer, kitchen, free parking, pool, lounge, cosy bedroom, fridge, microwave- I should have stayed here longer. Felt very safe for a solo female traveler also. Points for providing washing powder!
