we are very happy with everything at the hotel. Perfect choice. The Kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the wild place. Personal was kind and helpful, always responding to our needs. Room was clean and they oferred to clean ot every day. towels were changed every day. Even though we booked 2 different rooms because of lack of availability, they let us keep the initial room during the Full period. thanks!
