Free parking - always found a spot, very close ro room.
Our oom was cozy and absolutely clean, bathroom as well. It was perfectly prepared, we found anything we needed including tee and coffee. The weather was chilly, good that the room heater worked perfectly.
Our host, John, cared for us like a mother. He kept asking if he can do us a favor, he gave good recommendations for breakfast and dinner restaurants, he even knew every golf course in the area.
Whenever we'll come back to Pismo Beach we will stay here again - highly recommendable.

Pismo Beach is a lovely small beach town. It retains the quaint oceanfront vibe without being overly populated. Just as some of the signs and one of the stores says...Not LA, not the Bay Area. It's just a nice location to relax, wander, and enjoy the beach views. Also, can't recommend the Cool Cat Cafe more for their good food and AMAZING milkshakes!!!Guest review byDJ - 10.0

I loved the grounds-the waterfall, the bridge, the plentiful flowers, the breakfast, and getting a good nights sleep was so refreshing! I was glad our room had a tub as I prefer taking baths! We ate at ednme pizza in town and it was delicious! Grover Beach offers the Oceano Dunes and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. It is very close to Pismo Beach and is an affordable option for lodging in the area. Unit #508 was old, many things were broken, unusable & unclean. Moldy bathroom, rotten flooring and trim and door handle not functioning. Fireplace unsafe with trip hazard (floor trim around the fireplace - half missing and the rest laying unattached). The Beach has powder soft sand that my feet loves. This trip the Beach at the end of Main st. the Beach Stunck, first time ever for me, but it was really bad. Whether was Beautiful even the Evening was nice sitting outside. If you bring a pooch with make sure to bring your poop ooh bags. We really enjoyed our visit to the downtown of Arroyo Grande one evening where we stopped by Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab. A nostalgic place to enjoy some tasty ice cream and view historic photos of its early beginning and imagine what it was like back then to be a child in this place with toys and treats surrounding you. Great location and cost for being so near the beach. Good rooms if you get the renovated ones. Stayed there several times. Great Mexican restaurant a block up! HOWEVER, no one on site 24/7 to ask questions and limited time when you can pick up your keys unless you make other arrangements. Also, maybe an isolated incident but they would not accept my Mastercard for some odd reason and I had to use my ATM.
