Everything was perfect. Staff was kind and attentive. (They offered me a room with a balcony, and phoned me as soon as I entered the room to check if everything was fine. They also spoke to me in a timly manner to see if there was anything they could do, for example lending a wine opener.) The location was unbeatable. The facility was traditionally decorated yet modern and clean. I have already booked my next stay in January.

The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, very convenient and surprisingly quiet. Whenever I needed help, the staff responded promptly and effectively. They even arranged taxis for me to get to my destinations seamlessly. Everything was exactly as it should be—comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized. Although I can’t remember the names of all the staff members, I want to express my gratitude to everyone through Hadil, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. If I visit Tunis again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more.
