This area is beautiful.
This area is beautiful. The mountains are calming and relaxing. We loved listening to the coquis at night (the Puerto Rican tree frogs) and walking around, enjoying the flowers by day. The pool was a treat also.Guest review byMintzUnited States - 10.0

Adjuntas is a great place to experience how life in Puerto Rico really is. You get all of it from one location. It was a great experience so much to do and great people there. From seeing a waterfall to finding a little lake with fresh water just down the road from the property. The food was everywhere about 8-10 minute drive into the Pueblo in adjuntas. Everything was great there, there was not a single thing that I can say that needed to be avoidable. The wife can’t wait to come again and myself we will be be back I can tell you guys that. You won’t be disappointed people of your looking for a great getaway.Guest review byGersomUnited States - 8.0
The view was beautiful, and place was mainly quiet.
The view was beautiful, and place was mainly quiet. I was under the impression there was a bar by the pool but no. It was very peaceful, yet very far from the airport. There is no food at the hotel, nor room service you will have to order for delivery or drive to get food. The roads are very scary at night, it is a two lane road without lines sometimes. Other than that it is a quiet place for a getaway for peace. I would love to see activities here or some entertainment for adults at some point in the future. We ate at Kmila’s bakery the food was amazing, although they don’t speak much English. At night we went to pikilos the drinks and food was amazing I loved their mojito’s the best and they were only $8. My top two favorite spots.Guest review byChinaPanama - 8.0

Utuado is a huge and remote place, but the roads were fairly maintained. If you want to go to Casa Grande is because you are thinking of staying there most of the time. Could be nice a brochure with things to do in nearby areas, although you want to settle there for some days. I wish the major promotes quiet, peace, and relaxation.Guest review byMaria J.Puerto Rico - 10.0

It was wonderful to have a car to drive around the area but the roads are a bit narrow and winding. We experienced wonderful waterfalls in the area and away from the crowds of El Yunque rainforest in the east. A wonderful restaurant on the drive down to Utuado from Arecibo is the restaurant Hijos del Josco. It was easy to get there. It was delicious, authentic, and friendly. We also enjoyed the meals at Casa Grande. Even though we aren’t vegan we don’t mind a full vegetarian meal and enjoyed their creative authentic meals. Someone gave them a low score on their breakfast but we found them lovely amd delicious.Guest review byDena WoodallUnited States
