Everything about the hotel was exceptional, the staff, the food, the coffee and the overall security around the property made me feel beyond safe and comfortable. I have never had such a welcoming reception, as a single female traveling it can sometimes feel uncomfortable going to new places but the team made sure I was well looked after at every opportunity. The team are extremely professional but still add a personal touch to every interaction, I’ve never encountered such a well put together hotel staff team from the reception to the F&B, cleaning team and security everyone did their job to the highest standard. I didn’t even have to go out for dinner as the room service F&B options were so good and available 24/7. Coffee and breakfast selection was also great and service was excellent every morning. If you are thinking about staying at any “chain” hotels don’t even bother, they don’t come close to this place. A massive shoutout to the whole Ambiance Karachi team for making my trip so great. I will be a returning guest for sure!

I recently stayed at Hamsun for my solo trip, and I was very surprised by the excellent and fast service and courteous staff. The highlight of my stay was the clean room and excellent service. Since I was staying alone, it felt very comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend it to my friends and also anyone travelling to Karachi.

Travelling north on my motorbike I stayed for 2 nights. Absolutely fantastic hotel and the staff and service were exceptional. This hotel should have a 5 star rating. I could not fault anything. Highly recommend stay.

Our experience at this hotel was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the housekeeping staff, Mirza Aslam and Arif were very helpful. The receptionist, Moeezah was very courteous.

    Your Assistant Front Office Manager Mr Hussain Javaid is an exceptional person! He made sure all our issues were promptly resolved when we initially checked-in after which he continued to follow up with us on a daily basis during our 8 day stay just to make sure that we were enjoying our stay! Your executive lounge on floor 10 is also amaaaazing! I believe you have a new Chinese Chef managing this lounge and I must say that his appetisers and snacks are delicious!     If you're travelling to Karachi or from Karachi perfect spot to stay over with your family 30 Kms from national highway at shikarpur bypass and if you're travelling from Karachi Qazi Ahmed bypass is the best way to get here
