- From US$1,423.25 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 56 reviewsOur stay at El Nido Resorts Pangulasian was truly unforgettable. Surrounded by stunning nature, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking sunsets, the resort offers the perfect mix of luxury and tranquility. We stayed in a beautifully decorated and well-equipped beach villa with a stunning sea view. The food and drink options were excellent, and the choice of activities was fantastic. A highlight was our 4-hour private boat tour, where starting early at 7 AM allowed us to enjoy El Nido’s most beautiful spots in peaceful solitude. We happened to come across a school of about a hundred dolphins who were curious enough to approach all around our boat. The hospitality was outstanding. Special thanks to Younes, the Food and Beverage Director, who made our stay memorable—just as he did during our honeymoon at Raffles Maldives four years ago. Also, a big thank you to Anton (the waiter), Anton (the guide), and Rei (the experience assistant) for their exceptional service. El Nido Resorts Pangulasian is a dream destination for anyone seeking luxury, adventure, and natural beauty. Highly recommended!Guest review byJade SkafGhana
- From US$50.22 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.1Good - What previous guests thought, 366 reviewsGreat location in Puerto Princessa, local transport's available on the main road just outside of the resort whenever you need it. They'll also arrange your transport around the rest of Palawan which made things easy. The staff as well as the manager were incredible - very helpful people and accommodated my girlfriend and myself fantastically. The site is well maintained and the rooms are spacious and very clean with a great wifi connection. If you're looking for comfort and a beautiful place to relax with everything you need than look no further. This gem in Puerto Princessa has it all and you get more than what you paid for.Guest review byCodyCanada
- From US$149.57 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 868 reviewsEverything about this place is amazing for a couple or small family looking to end their trip on a high note. The tents are cozy with all hhe necessary amenities, pool is gorgeous, 30 seconds to the beach (stunning), and the staff is friendly and helpful. Before we arrived, we were concerned that the shared bathroom would be a a bit dingy but it was the cleanest and nicest toilet/shower area we saw on our entire trip. The cocktail bar next door is also worth a visit.Guest review byYonitUnited States

All of them very polite, willing to help and always happy to make you feel comfortable. Of course if you visit the hotel you will appreciate the design and the good taste of everything. The owners took care of the last detail on the resort which makes it one of the most beautiful hotels in El Nido!Guest review byTheodorosGreece

Also we love the amenities, from bathtub in our room, different types of outdoor pools (like jacuzzi, kiddie pool, pool with slide) and we went to the sandbar by kayak. We really enjoyed them all. The facilities are clean and elegant too. Nicely designed lobbies, restaurant, even the toilets.Guest review byRose RuelanPhilippines
- From US$398.08 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 645 reviewsThis resort should be 5 stars. It is absolute quality, and the staff are exceptional. The small knickknacks that are delivered at various times, even ice blocks given out to guests at random times. I've stayed at 100s of hotels and resorts, and this is probably the best. There's no need to think twice about this place. Just go!Guest review byRazos EngineeringNew Zealand

El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that while there were a plentitude of tourist options, we were not separated from local culture and activities that sometimes happens in other places. We were only there for four days, and we could have stayed another week. The beaches are beyond stunning, both the ones you can walk to and the ones that need a boat. The snorkeling was fantastic, the food options endless, and the vibe was chill and fun.Guest review byMaryUnited States - 10.0

The calamian group of islands of which Coron is part of, is beautiful. And I hope all the measures to keep it pristine and unlittered will be successful always. There are many breathtaking sights. You would need a sizable budget though to be able to enjoy the boat tours which are wonderful. If you have the time, visit Culion. It is historical (a UNESCO site), and while the places to see could do a little tidying up, nevertheless, the history of that place invites reflection and inspires--many heroic people lived on that island. Kudos to the religious who have kept the place going since it was first established. The Culion museum should be your first stop.Guest review byGuiaPhilippines - 8.0

We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.Guest review byJulianQatar - 8.0

great area. shouldn't be overlooked/overshadowed. port barton island hopping tour is a must, and the long beach is amazing. Mango Bar has great food! Turtle Beach Resort offers a unique dining experience, and their mango shake is superb. owners are also so warm and welcoming. Lazuli Resort is one fine accommodation; so tranquil, and serene. definitely what we were looking for.Guest review bySalimbangon - 10.0

Every day I walked from the hotel to Sabang wharf on the beach and on one day had coffee, adobo and itlog in a small cafe there. Everyone was very friendly, and I bought some Pasalubong, when they did not have my tee shirt size, they went to another shop to get it for me and to get change when I gave them 1000 peso note. I asked directions to the falls, but no one was exactly sure where it was or how long it would take to get there. The place was secure (police station at the wharf and coastguard and army regularly on patrol in the area. I eventually found the park that a friend recommended (5 km from the hotel) and had an excellent buffet lunch there twice and again they made Chester very welcome, the park was free and had some interesting, recycled artworks and a tribute to the devastation in the area by Typhoon Odette- well worth a visit. Also visit Buenavista viewpoint- the local community run it and you can get Buko juice, coffee, snacks and Pasalubong plus take great photos of the bayGuest review byNeil in BahrainPhilippines - 10.0
If you're looking for a beautiful tropical island to visit,...
If you're looking for a beautiful tropical island to visit, put this one on your list. It's relatively uncrowded, the people are very pleasant and the vistas are jaw dropping. If you are a diver, and have an interest in WWII, you will find an incredible 11 Japanese wrecks to dive. I'd recommend Pirate Divers, they are very professional and very conservative when it comes to evaluating risks. They also know the wrecks like their second home. Coron is a bustling town with good food and pleasant people, but the beauty of the island is the back country. I liked it enough in December that I'm returning in February. To get around, I'd suggest renting a scooter. If you are new to powered two wheel vehicles stay out of Coron, and pay attention to the roads, there are some surprisingly tight turns. Otherwise, since it is relatively uncrowded you should be fine.Guest review byJimUnited States - 10.0

A delightful quiet backwater and so far less developed town. The beaches were beautiful and mostly clean. The town has plenty of activities to offer and places to eat. The whole place is walkable but you may want a Tuktuk or moped to visit further beaches.Guest review byAnnie EUnited Kingdom - 6.0

If you intend to visit Palawan you need to be more informed than I was. The Philippines are a poor country. Accommodation is cheap and as such you get what you paid for - No hot water, some cockroaches, you cannot swim in the water because of the jellyfish, plenty of sandflies and no shop to get any relief medication. There is no way to move around unless you organize transfers that cost you as much as your accommodation. A must see if you would like to see the culture. We were unable to snorkel due to weatherGuest review byKimAustralia - 10.0

The nature is incredibly beautiful, just be careful with what you eat or drink. Better to buy only mineral water. And try to avoid to eat the food which is included in the island hopping for your safety.Guest review byGirlieUnited Arab Emirates - 10.0

Rooms are spacious, big selection if breakfast, friendly hotel staff. Infinity pool is okay, could have a bit deeper though. The other pool is undergoing refurbishment. Island hoping are a must to do. We ate in the town where they served fresh sea food.I think its called Island boy Grill. Outside the hotel the tricycle ride are ideal to get round Coron town proper for merely 30 pesos.Guest review byAlma
