Nice big room witch comfortable beds and enough heating for the cold nights. View right to the lake both from the room and dining area. The family was very kind and helpful with the sweetest kids. We went kayaking but it is also possible to do day trips on the lake. It is possible to get 3 meals but also possible to make your own food and there is a little shop with local clothes, snacks, water and beverages if neccesary.

Staying at Felix, is like staying at good friends place. Its really not that impersonal hotel stay but the real experience in how life is on Uros. Felix did everything to make sure our stay was as beautiful as possible and really made us feel like home. As we arrived super early morning he organized our transport and even let us get to our rooms early to rest a bit before having an amazing local breakfast, prepared by his wife. On sundays he took us to a local community soccer game and we could meet his friends and share a beer with them. if anyone wants to have the real Uros experience staying with Felix is the best choice. Thanks for everything, Felix!

Amazing experience! I really recommend for all people who are visiting Puno and are interested in Uros islands! We were picked up from the port by boat, the island and the room was much more than we expected (looks like exactly like in pictures!), we could enjoy amazing sunset in terrace laying under warm blanket, the room was warm and really nicely decorated, we had hot shower and there were many blankets so we didn’t feel cold. Also, Vidal is very kind and very caring, so he brought hot water bottles for warming our feet for the night. Woke up with amazing view by the window. In the morning we had nice breakfast and after Vidal took us by boat to the 2 hours tour along Uros islands (additional charge, but we loved it!)

This was an incredibly pleasant stay! The hosts took care of every detail, from organizing a taxi and boat transfer to helping us reach the place smoothly. We were in constant contact with them, which made it much easier to find our way in a new place. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the location itself was truly unique. It’s an experience we’ll never forget. We highly recommend staying here, the hosts are wonderful people who put their hearts into making sure everything is perfect. We’re truly grateful and absolutely loved our time here. Thank you!

Incredible experience! We were a bit hesitant in booking this, because we were just in Puno for one day, but we were helped by the great people who run this experience to get transportation, and they also made dinner for us as we didn't have time to go to a restaurant. The food was really good, both the breakfast and the dinner! Our hosts were making sure that we had everything that we needed, and knew how to use all the facilities correctly, heat the room and enjoy the night we had there.

Everything. I believe that this chain of hotels is one of the best in Peru. Their hotels always deliver what they promise. They’re clean, comfortable and WARM. And the breakfast pancakes are amazing.

This was such a unique place to stay. the reed island rocked you to sleep and we had delicious fresh trout for dinner.
