Best location next to center of town, the room was excellent and clean, nice view of the lake & the mountains, the commen kitchen is well organized and have all the equipment to make yourself breakfast. They have a list of movies to watch in the t.v ( you need to ask the reception), it was awesome!

Hawea Hotel is located just 15 minutes' drive from the township of Wanaka and is set on the lake front of Lake Hawea.

The spot of the studio was great, very easy to get to the famous Wānaka Tree. Also, we loved the letter from Goe, which is full of recommendations about everything around the studio. That was so kind of her. We felt quite cozy and relaxed in Goe’s studio, especially the massage chair, the comfortable sofa, the bright bathroom, and the beautiful kitchen. Goe was really nice to us that she waited at the door to greet and welcome us. The handwritten letter was very lovely. Thanks for everything. We had a wonderful night in Wānaka!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated and comfortable studio. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and located just a few minutes by car to the town center and lake. We appreciated Jen’s delicious continental breakfast and beverages, and the convenience of having it right there in the studio’s kitchen. I would highly recommend!
