We got a very warm welcome at Eldorado lodge. The staff is very friendly and really tries to give you the best stay possible. Definitely jump on the farm tour around the property to see some predators. Even though our stay itself was wonderful, the best thing about Eldorado is definitely the buffet style food!
good location!
very close to the entrance to Etosha
personal is very friendly and nice
good buffet at night
pools are big enough
good option at the bar
and lunch menu. good prices. not expensive

We picked this as a base for two nights while exploring Etosha. We were just looking for a place to spend the night but really loved this property and the friendly staff. Very pretty and relaxed property, ideal for Etosha.
The Epacha Team is AWESOME! They make your stay there unforgettable 😍 I’d say, in general, everything was perfect, but team is something I emphasized for myself. I would wish to come back 🤍
Everything about Etosha Safari Lodge is perfect. Great chalets, clean and well maintained. Lots of space between the mosquito net and the bed. Lovely friendly staff. Delicious food.

We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to view animals in Etosha National Park. The terrain here (unlike Numatoni) is vast and flat. Animals are few and far between but with persistance and great binoculars we spotted a Black Rhinocerous, elephants, zebra, springbok, oryx, giraffe, ostriches, and 1 lion, all during daylight hours. The food is best OUTSIDE the park. There is NO fuel in the ENTIRE park! The “Trading Post” is the nearest fuel to this village (less than 10km). Fuel is CRITICAL for planning in rural Namibia!

Our second visit to this lovely Sasa camp, just because of the unique scenery to the Ugab valley and with it's charming natural stone cottages. The considerate hosts & delicious food from the kitchen crowned our visit again - thank you so much!

We were disappointed by the extremely bad roads in the park. There is no information about the rugged dirt roads in the park. We were happy to leave the park without an accident or car broken. No good for self drive!
There were no animals at the waterhole in Okaukuejo...

There is quite a bit to see in Outjo and the surrounding area. Outjo itself is a pleasant small town and it is within easy reach of the Etosha National Park, Twyfelfontein, the Petrified Forest and Vingerklip.
