- From £108.05 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 2,404 reviewsThis resort is great for families with young kids! Firstly, the swimming pool comes with water slides for young kids 3 to perhaps 8 years old( or older) to enjoy! The older kids can swim in the adult pool with some arm floats if needed. Activities you can enjoy such as beach play, ATV and horse riding which are both affordable. You can ride the ATV along the beach or inside the forested area if you want to. On saturday night, the hotel will conduct a fire show on the beach which is awesome! Your family will get to light up a lantern and let it float up to the sky. Truly amazing experience. My Executive family room comes with a Jacuzzi tub! There is a spa for massages, a sauna, gym. There is also an indoor playground where kids gets to play with toys such as legos, and the older kids can play PS4! Thumbs up for the resort and its staff!Guest review byMuhammad Hazwan Bin HamzahSingapore

My main concern during my stay there was the hangout spots, especially at night. Since we all know Kuantan is Negeri Darul Event, I purposely came on weekdays. There are a lot of cafes, and if you stay nearby or in Kuantan city, some of them are within walking distance. During my stay there, i fully depending on the public transport and grab obv. I managed to try some of the famous things like Kula Cakes, celup tepung and the “tourist beach.” I haven’t tried their truly authentic local food yet or fully experienced the nature and culture due to my short stay but I definitely will someday. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers.Guest review byA'nas - 6.0

Cameron Highlands was really nice — the weather was perfect, and it felt peaceful being away from the city noise. But weekends can be a nightmare: the market areas were packed, parking was a struggle, and traffic heading towards Brinchang was just terrible. Definitely a great escape, but try to go on a weekday if you want some peace.Guest review byKogiMalaysia - 8.0
Genting Island offers a thrilling escape with a mix of...
Genting Island offers a thrilling escape with a mix of adventure, culture, and indulgence. The theme parks are the crown jewel—bursting with adrenaline-pumping rides and family-friendly attractions that keep the energy high. The cable car ride is a serene contrast, gliding above lush rainforest with panoramic views that feel almost cinematic. At the heart of the island’s spiritual charm lies the Chin Swee Chinese Temple, a peaceful sanctuary nestled in the clouds, rich with intricate carvings and cultural symbolism. For those craving retail therapy, the outlet mall delivers with top brands at discounted prices, while dining options range from sizzling street food to upscale international cuisine. Genting Island masterfully blends nature, entertainment, and tradition, making it a must-visit for thrill-seekers, culture lovers, and shopaholics alike. Whether you're chasing rollercoasters or quiet moments, this mountaintop retreat has something for every kind of traveler.Guest review byShah_TausifCanada - 8.0
Don't bother come during weekend/school holidays.
Don't bother come during weekend/school holidays. You will be the victim of standstill traffic. If weekend/school holidays is your only option, come way early in the morning, like, latest 7-7.30 am arrival at Cameron areas.Guest review bySufienaMalaysia - 4.0
Its a terrible jam place.
Its a terrible jam place. Most of the time spend was on the road stuck in the jam. Avoid weekends and public holidays. From Tanah Rata to Brinchang is around 3.5Km and we stuck for 4 hours. Beautiful place but proper planning in roadworks needed by the Government. You wont enjoy your holidays on weekends or public holidays.Guest review byHARISHANKARMalaysia - 10.0

We're vegans and it was a bit challenging to find food without meat but it was possible. Lots of restaurants. No ATM but there is an ATM at the resort across the river. People were infallibly kind and friendly. If you like trekking in the jungle, this is a great place to be.Guest review byFisherMalaysia - 8.0

The hot spring pool is good and well maintained. The rooms are neat and clean except not enough chairs and lack a small table. Have to drive 12 km away for lunch and diner on a narrow and winding road.Guest review byLarryMalaysia - 8.0

Cherating is a nice place to stay due to its beach, scenery, food and resorts, hotels nearby. But during peak season, u need to plan much earlier to avoid staying in discomfort resorts or old resorts or old hotel. You can find a good resort with nice environment and scenery if u have ample time to make a research or survey and surprisingly there are upcoming resorts which i am looking to stay but its fully occupied.Guest review byAbu Bakar - 8.0
