- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 677 reviewsWe had an absolutely fantastic and unforgettable vacation at Paradis Beachcomber !!! This was our second time staying at the resort, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Located on the southwest side of Mauritius, the resort boasts a stunning beach—clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxation. We snorkeled in the crystal-clear sea and took peaceful walks along the beach, which made for an amazing experience. The food was exceptional, far exceeding all of our expectations! The resort offers kosher options, and as we follow a kosher diet, we met with the chefs upon our arrival to explain our preferences. Every day, the chefs—David, Sanjeet, and Ram—were outstanding !!!. They were incredibly friendly and prepared special meals for us that were both delicious and fresh. They consistently checked in with us to ensure everything was perfect. We will never forget them !!! I also want to highlight the excellent service provided by the restaurant manager, Poliah, as well as Gerswin and Westley, who went above and beyond to assist us during breakfast and dinner. We also never forget them !!! The atmosphere at the resort was fantastic !!!, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment. In conclusion: An Unforgettable Stay at Paradis Beachcomber – Exceptional Service, Stunning Beach, and Delicious Cuisine! We feel part of Paradis family and can't wait to visit again in the future !!!Guest review byShay Dekel 777Israel
- From £336.52 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very good - What previous guests thought, 251 reviewsAll the meals were healthy with lots of choice and well cooked and presented. The staff were amazing, welcoming, charming and with lots of smiles and attention. We were thoroughly spoilt. It was just what we needed, peaceful and very well run. The beach is amazing, a well kept secret, a curved bay with shallow clean sand, none of the dreaded prickly anemones and with breakers gently rolling in and providing safe swimming for everyone. The spa was good. The shuttle service to the golf course worked well and we played golf 4 times on the long and interesting course. We will return as soon as we can. We enjoyed the various entertainments during dinner, especially the 3 piece band with sax, guitar and string bass.Guest review byGrandpajoUnited Kingdom
- From £395.57 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,555 reviewsBeautiful location with one of the best beaches in Mauritius. Staff in general very friendly and helpfull. Our room had an amazing view of the beach. It was very close to the beach, we used the sun loungers on our porch instead of those on the actual beach. Breakfast selection each morning was outstanding. There was an incorrect item on our bill when we checked out, but was promptly rectified - one of the other guests added our room number to their dinner bill. Room service via the mobile app worked well and we were happy with the service provided.Guest review byMarinaSouth Africa
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 901 reviewsThe staff were amazing, great service, great food variety and quality, rooms size is perfect. The hotel is stretched along the shoreline with several pools and retaurants/bars so we never felt that it was crowded on the territory even though the hotel was sold out during our stay. If ever I am coming back to Mauritius again, Dinarobin will be the number one choice to stay.Guest review byYuliaRussia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 616 reviewsBreathtaking views. Magnificent chalet (no 2). Beautiful surroundings. Visit the lovely Ebony Forest, which has hikes at various levels. The most challenging and rewarding is to the top of Piton du Cabot. There are ropes to help you to the top (= steep). Also drive to the far north end of Le Morne public beach for beautiful swimming. There is shade under the pine trees.Guest review byTaniaDenmark

Flic'en'Flac is the best place to stay on Mauritius, especially if you're visiting Mauritius in July. North was windy, south rainy but west side just perfect. It is a nice, vaste sandy beach with pine trees and palm trees, nice hotels and resorts, bars, restaurants and street food.Guest review byAndrijaCroatia - 10.0

Tu beach is just amazing, the color of the water is impressive, in the public beach you have to possibility to see the see turtles. The place is a piece of paradise. Definitely worth to go and to spend some time there. I would recommend an hotel next to the le Morne beach most of the hotel do not have the possibility to eat or rent the sun bed just daily. Also I would recommend the experience of swimming with the dolphins that is offered almost everywhere.Guest review byAnnaItaly - 8.0

Great first time visit to the Island. Beautiful beaches with a multitude of activities for all ages. Christmas Day boat trip to Ile Aux Benitiers, which included a tasty braai (barbeque) swimming with dolphins and snorkeling around Crystal RockGuest review byRusselSouth Africa - 8.0

We liked the area close to the Riviere Noire Reserve and it was convenient for the quieter beaches on the south coast. We recommend a guided tour of the Ebony Forest Reserve. We had a fascinating day out with a very knowledgeable guide and saw a lot of birdlife; the views out to sea are also stunning. Be warned: driving in Mauritius is not easy, even with satnav! We got lost several times, especially around Port Louis. If you choose to go to Port Louis, we recommend using the local bus. There is a bus stop two minutes' walk from the apartment (shortly before London Way supermarket). You can pick up a bus at about 7.30 am and return on a 119 bus at 30 minutes past the hour from Immigration Square near the waterfront of Port Louis. If you want to eat out, the Happy Rajah restaurant on the main road serves good value Indian food. The fish thali is particularly tasty.Guest review byVirginiaItaly - 10.0

It's a properly rustic paradise area, away from the more fabricated hotel resorts. Lots of locals who know one another and it feels safe, if a little rough around the edges. It has its own cultural and geographical charm that seems to differentiate it from other parts of Mauritius. Lots of places to eat, a good supermarket - seems expensive for the area, but I think this is quite common. Good offers of boat hire to get over to Ile aux Benitiers, which is well worth it. Close proximity to the lovely Morne peninsular and Black River Gorges National Park and surrounds.Guest review byPaulUnited Kingdom - 10.0

this is amazing place, the view is breathtaking, the chalet is spacious, very calm, the food is satisfying and the staff is very supportive and helping. it is ideal for a short stay as if you would like to do more tours the location is bit far from everything and very challenging to reach. the best is to stay there and visit the nearby places around Chamarel.Guest review byDragicaUnited Arab Emirates - 10.0

We liked our chosen accommodation, we had a good view of the beach from our balcony, the staff were great and we want to go back to sample lunch at the Creole Shack! The beach was lovely and safe for swimming and there was a good variety of eateries from beach stalls to high end restaurants and all manner of cuisines. Everything is in walking distance and four km in land there is a very large mall being built and a new state of the art hospital. We will definitely be going back.Guest review byLesleyUnited Arab Emirates - 2.0
Financial exploitation is the title of this hotel.
Financial exploitation is the title of this hotel. Financial exploitation defines the taxi drivers. Financial exploitation dominates the boat rental services. Financial exploitation extends even to the zoo. Exploitation is the main theme, and as a city, it offers nothing enjoyable.Guest review byMohamed Zaher - 8.0

At the Veranda Tamarin hotel - the only real turn-off was that only one tv channel was in English - BBC World. All others in French / Creole. No mainstream music channels. Tamarin is a small village, full of friendly people. The atmosphere is open and you get the sense of tranquility and safety. It is centrally located for South and West visiting. something for everyone.Guest review byNeilSouth Africa - 10.0
