We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-organized — everything looked just like the pictures, if not better. We specifically chose a quiet and family-friendly place, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for relaxing and recharging. The location is great — everything you need is close by, and the beach is just a short walk away. The breakfast was also a big highlight: generous, delicious, and with a great variety. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool — it was clean and a great bonus for both kids and adults. Overall, we felt very comfortable here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

It was our first time in Montenegro and staying in this exceptional family hotel was like... a holiday with friends, a holiday with family :-) Starting with the pick-up by the senior chef of the house, the extremely friendly and attentive receptionist and the waiter - I have never met a more attentive person. I will start from the absolutely amazing and beautiful location, when in Ulcinj the old town is the place you want to be, everything is close and the old town is one of the prettiest we’d been to, then the hotel itself is like from some dream, it really makes you feel like you are staying in a castle, the decor perfectly fits the vibe, it is very clean and equipped with all the amenities needed, it has a terrace that will take ur breath away every time, we loved spending time there, looking at the city and the sea, really have no words to describe how beautiful it was. Last thing that made our stay the most enjoyable is the staff, Dženita was there for all questions and enquirers, she helped and provided all that we needed, she is one of the kindest people we meet😊 we will surely recommend it to all our friends and family and if we ever come back to Ulcinj this will be the place we stay! Also the breakfast was delicious but could be a little fuller with more options, but no complaints.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at the villa garden and it was truly an amazing experience. The sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful scenery while also being close to center. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. I loved being able to start my day with a tasty meal and the stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. The staff at the hotel were beyond exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. They were always on hand to offer helpful tips and recommendations for places to visit in the local area. Their service truly made my stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.     The location of Ljiljana’s cottage is absolutely gorgeous, right where the river meets the sea and the seemingly endless anthracite beach. You can step into the water and enjoy pretty sunsets right from the spacious porch, and one of the best fish restaurants we’ve ever been to is just a few meters down the sandy river bank. The cottage itself is pretty and clean and equipped with everything you might need, Ljiljana even provided washing detergent and a water cooler with drinking water for us, and a welcome drink was waiting for us in the fridge! Liljana is a very warm and welcoming host, she takes the time to explain everything about the cottage and the area and is happy to answer questions. This is not just another faceless, functional cottage but the loved vacation home of a family which makes it special and fabulous. Thank you for welcoming us to your house, Ljiljana!

    En isolated place where both soul and body rest, rare locations where you can enjoy the night with the sound of the waves as if you were on the beach. It's not perfect if we talk about the state of the accommodation, but the feeling of freedom is priceless. A warm recommendation for all nudism lovers. One part is groomed while there is another wild one for those with a more open mind. P.S. Next to it, you can find fish restaurants where fish can be liked even by those who only like meat like me, for example 🙂

    One of the best views in Ulcinj, close to everything, the area around the sea side is small so you can easily walk all around in 30 min, safe garage parking, mosque in front of the hotel, not so crowded in April-May so you can enjoy this place (in the summer is busy), must mention Kol (the man in charge) he was very kind and helpful, also 24/7 available for any assistance...

    The city is easily accessible and quite clean.

    The city is easily accessible and quite clean. During peak season (July, August) there is traffic but it is manageable. I find majority of the city is walkable. Many restaurants, shops, coffee shops and local markets for groceries available. Beaches have both public and private beaches close to each other. For public beach it is just sand so bring your own umbrella and blanket. Private beaches have chairs and umbrella for €15-25 depending on time of year and beach. Note, beach showers and bathrooms are not the best or they may not exist so need to pre plan a little. Food is good, pizza, seafood, pasta and local cuisine. English is spoken in majority of the shops. The old city is accessible and worth a visit, both at night and day.

    super hosts, helpfull and often asking if is something they can do for us. Very clean appartment with beautifull big tarrace, well equiped. The owner promised me to buy portable air conditioning - and after our arrival the portable air conditioning was on place. 7-10 minut walk to the nearlest beach and about 20 minute walk to the most beautifull beach "Cristal beach". Close to Albania - about 40 km, close to the Skoderski National Park and Skoderskie Lake with fantasic, spectacular views in big mountains- the MUST HAVE being there. Close to the old town of BAR, close to Ulcinj with the longest beach with sand. We spend there 9 nights and it was too short to visit all places we would like to visit. Good comunication with the owner - english, french, russian.

    The ADA destination is a typical holiday spot where tourists come to enjoy entertainment, nightlife, and attractions. The surrounding area offers plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, and beaches. Attractions included jet skis, boat trips, horseback riding, live music, and numerous opportunities for walks and exploring the surroundings. Unlike the nearby beaches, the beach at Ada Bojana was uncrowded and non-commercial.

    The only means of transport is car/taxi, there are just very few intercity-buses. If you are interested in guided tours, there are no offers in Ulcinj and you would have to go to the nearest touristic city - Bar - if you want to go on an excursion.

    Good restaurants in The Old Town.

    Good restaurants in The Old Town. Kind people everywhere, good prices, funny city traffic with Balkan rules, but no one was rude, no claksons. The biggest negative is waste everywhere in the streets - bottles, cigarettes, papers, plastic bags, old tree branches, leafs.. It´s a pitty because I thing Ulcing is nice town with its special atmosphere and keeping it clean would raise interest of it. City beach is i a one word just horrible. The Long beach is very very nice and much more cleaner but not clean. We enjoied our holiday but the waste was very negative thing.
