It is a very beautiful place to stay - Breakfast & coffee was amazing and included. Specially the staff were very friendly and did a great service. Special thanks to Tina & Elio for their hospitality! Don't miss out on the signature drinks they offer, my favourite is the coconut infused Negroni. I would definitely come back.

Everything was truly excellent. The aesthetics of the resort are absolutely beautiful and calming, the rooms are nicely decorated and the bathroom is really spacious and clean. The bed slept super comfortable. Breakfast was truly delicious, coffee great too. Really everything was brilliant. Felt totally at ease staying at this resort. Wish we could stay longer!

Villa 73 was very good place to stay in Unawatuna. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose western or sri lankan breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful. Big thanks for taking care of us!

We regret only staying one night in this wonderful hotel... We really enjoyed the beautiful setting, the swimming pool, the very clean and comfortable room and the delicious dinner and breakfast! The staff was really helpful as well. This was without doubt our best stay during our 3 week holiday in Sri Lanka!
