This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. After spending a few chilly nights in Petra and Wadi Rum, it was such a relief to return to a warm, cozy room where I could enjoy a hot shower and truly relax. The room temperature was perfect, and the overall comfort really stood out. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the cleaning service was very thorough. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The service is amazing and the hotel is in the heart of the city. Everything is close nearby, hashem restaurant, habiba sweets,… On top of that, the hotel proposes organised trips all around the country with a driver who brings you wherever you are. The Single room is quiet small, but very comfortable.The Hotel is in a great Location. You can reach most of the sights by foot. The staff, especially Mr. Zein (I hope I spelled it right) was going above and beyond! Since I was travelling on my own, he gave me recommendations on a lot of things and even the opportunity to call him, whenever I should get in trouble or need assistance of any kind. I was there in the hottest period of time, so they even offered me to keepy room for to more hours ao that I can escape the worst heat. I have rarely had such a nice and helpful receptionist! I rarely felt so welcome in a hotel as here! I would book it immediately again. Thank you for a great start to my journey through Jordan!

This was our second stay here. We had a lovely time. Friendly staff. The pool was open - bit chilly still but lovely to sit outside and relax after sightseeing. The drivers we had from the hotel for airport transfers were excellent. Front desk / room service / housekeeping staff etc were also very friendly and helpful. Having a lounge area and kitchenette made the difference. The free laundry facilities are a superb touch.

Rooms are spacious and we were upgraded to a bigger room complementary, appreciated. Rooms can be a better cleaner yet all was solved instantly. A small market and pharmacy in addition to a fruit shop facing the hotel, it's a plus for me ✨️

    the location is excellent. it’s close to Amman mall just 5 mins walk also it is next to the best Kunafa in Amman called Habiba Sweets:) Well earlier I had booked Rotana but to get real Jordanian feel you need to stay in this hotel. however staff will not be very comfortable to communicate in English but they try really hard. breakfast spread is really good.

    Clean room, large, nice washroom, AC worked fantastic, comfortable beds. The outdoor pool is nicely set up. Breakfast was good and had variety except little fruit to be found; lots of other items. This is not a dislike just a comment. But hotel seems to not have much around it but Taxi's are very cheap and it's easy to get anywhere with them!

    I love the people, food, culture and the experiences of being in Jordan, but the capital clearly has a pollution problem. If there were ever a valid argument for implementing climate controls and restricting traffic in capital cities, one need look no further than Amman. I would encourage the authorities to invest in renewable energy and think about switching to sustainable forms of transportation. The natural ecosystems has been destroyed there.

    Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult...

    Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult instead of two, leading the hotel to unfairly charge us extra, despite the room being priced for two people. On top of that, the hotel provided no basic amenities like towels or extra bathrobes, making it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

    Both good things and bad things to say: Good: Beautiful view Curious and friendly locals Good privacy Elevator Staff will arrange cheap airport-transport for you Bad: Terrible wifi that barely worked. Don't book this hotel if you need to do work online, unless you have a sim card from which you can hotspot yourself. Almost nobody around speaks English well, so communicating can be a big struggle Expect to be woken up by a prayer from the Mosque next door at 6 AM. However, they will be quiet for the rest of the night. Getting food is difficult. There is a coffee shop in the same building, but they don't serve food. 100m away there is a small takeaway eating place with cheap junk food. But there is no menu and they don't speak English well, so you just have to communicate with body language and hope they give you what you prefer. There is also a shop with snacks available there. No prices are displayed though. The staff will help you order takeaway, but a meal that makes you full costs around 6 JD, so be prepared. Expect imperfections in your room such as weak air condition, showering water that only gets a little warm, leaking toilet, weak flushing, and a bit of uncleaniness The beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are too big There is not really anything to see in the nearby area The light on the ceiling that illuminates the room shines very bright and white light that is kinda depressing at night

    Very convenient place to stay on arrival or when you have an early departure from Amman QA Airport. The shuttle service is well organized, even in the middle of the night. Room is spacious, so are the beds, and clean. Bathroom convenient, water, tea and coffee available for free. Airco works well, and keeps noise of airport and highway out. They brought us to the car rental too, all for free. There is nothing in the neighbourhood, so really a place to spend the night. Value for money!

    Highly recommended very welcoming people and friendly people around the Jordanian area, only thing is rent car, they are tried to manepulate you to take there insurance aswell, I took 2 insurance 1 from skyscanner and another from rent car Co.
