- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 77 reviewsI have been there with my wife and a kid during summertime. Location is very nice, just close the chairlift to Punta Jolanda, which is an amazing place to visit. The hotel has also an available parking for free, just around the corner. Room and SPA was great, clean, comfortable and simply amazing, a real lovely place where to spend time with partner and/or family. Hotel has also a great restaurante for the dinner, which was full of local specialities, and the included breakfast was awesome as well. Annamaria was a great host, I recommend everybody to spend some time there and visit Gressoney.Guest review byWalterItaly
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,086 reviewsOur stay at Relais des Glaciers was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of salty and sweet options. The spa was a perfect way to relax after an active day —especially the warm outdoor bath with stunning mountain views. The bar downstairs was charmingly decorated and the bartender prepared great cocktails. The hotel provided us everything we needed - bathrobes and flipflops for the spa, a private parking and hiking stuffs: crampons and poles. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return in summer!Guest review byTatsiana BazylevaLuxembourg
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very good - What previous guests thought, 197 reviewsSwimming pool with the warm water to relax after the ski day, saunas, play room with table football, pool and table tennis. There was even a kid club where you could leave your kid attended if he is too young to ski (did not try, thus do not know details about the service). The rooms were quite nice, size could be slightly bigger (in my case the sofa was used for sleep thus occupied half of the room), but that was expected and exactly like shown on the photos. Our room was in great condition with a breathtaking view to the valley.Guest review byAleksandrFinland

It could have more restaurants and services, but it is good as well as it is. Remember to book restaurant and taxi in advance and You should be ok. No huge party or disco experience, but I came to ski - so it was ok.Guest review byTapioFinland - 10.0

No lift queues, well-groomed slopes, great restaurants, good value for money. Somewhat slow lifts and relatively narrow slopes, especially during peak hours when the slopes were crowded. If it has snowed, the off-piste skiing in Alagna must be superb.Guest review byThomasSweden - 10.0

A beautiful little town. Very quiet during the week. Comes to life on a Friday night when the holiday home owners arrive from the city. Close enough to the main skiing at top of valley. Great 20 min bus service, or you can drive up the windy road.Guest review byLauraUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Alagna is a hidden gem. 17th century architecture in a ski resort at a very affordable price. Superb hiking in the summer. Good restaurants and wine bars and a cool vibe. It’s not for everyone but for me it hits the spot every time. If skiing and hiking aren’t your scene, some of Europe’s best kayaking is also on your doorstep. Valsesia is one of the few valleys with no hydroelectric dams in the upper river making it a paradise for kayaking.Guest review byPeterUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Antagnod is a lovely town with a small resort perfect for beginners and families. The Kramerthal restaurant was excellent, highly recommend their pizzas and Val d'Aostan specialties. An absolute delight.Guest review byMillieItaly - 10.0
The buses run frequently.
The buses run frequently. Hotel offered a shuttle to the Punta Jolanda lift, but if you want to get stuck right into it we'd recommend driving or the bus up to Staffal lift area for quicker access to Champoluc. Little shop up in the village is well stocked - great bread, cheese, wine and treats. Also good for food-based gifts to take home.Guest review byAlexUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Super quiet. Nice, long red and black runs. No queues.
Super quiet. Nice, long red and black runs. No queues. Very few beginners. Sufficient artificial snow to keep runs to village open. Pretty village. Lift system a bit disjointed. Back country and off piste very limited due lack of snow. No pizzeria!Guest review byTimHong Kong - 6.0

We had a 5-day skiing holiday in Monterosa right after New Year. This is definitely a high season there: booking was necessary for dinner everywhere, also recommended for lunch in the mountains. And the bookings need to be made early! I would recommend to visit Monterosa off-season instead of high season like we did. The ski lift capacity is not optimal when there is a lot of people. There are too many bottle necks with only 2-seat chair lifts in the area. Also the ski lifts in general are old and not very comfortable - do not wait for heated seats like in Austrian ski resorts. Too much time spent in queing intead of skiing. I assume this place is much better when it is not so crowded.Guest review byHannaFinland
