This is a definite 10! If you are looking for a quiet place where you can hear only the sea surf, birds and cicadas, you have found it. Amazing views from both the restaurant and the terraces of the rooms. These are simple, but polished to the last detail. The whole area is beautifully landscaped and clean.
The restaurant can cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, always at the agreed time. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and very tasty.
The beach is just a few steps away. It is the windward side of the island, so you have to take into account the presence of seaweed on the beach. However, the bay is sandy and very gently sloping, so swimming here is very pleasant. There are sunbeds in the shade of palm trees.

There was a supermarket near by where I could buy water and snacks, as needed - and Alice would drive me there as well which was super helpful since it was located about a 10 minute walk from Cabier too.

Meeting the adorable host family with Ingrid, Thomas, their two children and their three goats ? Also the very nice and fun neighbourhood ?
So, Big Sky Lodge (so well called) can’t be an option.
Furthermore, rooms are in comfortable pretty chalets among trees and flowers, good beds, good showers, common kitchen is all furnished, and Ingrid & Thomas are always ready to help, to advice, to discuss,.....
