When we walked in, we were stunned at the xmas feel it gave you. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome. All staff were absolutely fantastic. They really do make your stay and are so helpful. Everyone was smiling and looked happy. Food was tasty and the service was amazing. Breakfast was a buffet and there was plenty to choose from. Room was large and spacious and cosy. Will be returning 100%

This hotel was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Some bad reviews appear on line but I felt they were very unfair.

Had a wonderful stay at Vu Snugs, Bathgate. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
