The kindness and the professionalism of the staff : they always a solution or something to support you ! As a customer, this is really satisfying. The renewed parts (the bar, the lobby, some rooms) are really nice ! The restaurant / room service has a large choice of international meals : you can stay a full week without having to choose twice the same one. Clean, safe and a lovely retro lobby area. A good restaurant next door. And an Indian Restaurant at 5 mins walking. Taxi to European district 5 mins or 20 mins walking (felt very safe) Working ATM too. Rooms are functional, but with enough space and clean. We paid 25prct of the Sheraton price level. For us a no brainer. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in the middle of the action (market, minibus station). The main square and restaurants are only a few steps away. What is very unique and enjoyable is the "coffee shop" roof top, equipped with many Maglse (kind of safas) where you sit and look down on the old mosque and the colorful action. It is inspired by the concept of Mafrag (it is run by Yemenites). The ladies at the reception speak English, and the entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
