Our stay was truly wonderful. The apartment was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh – it immediately felt like a place to relax. Every detail, from the kitchen equipment to the soft bed linens, was top quality and made us feel really well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly kind and easygoing, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and that absolutely majestic view – it was pure bliss. This place is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.
