The hotels location was the best .. very near to lake Louise and jasper n yoho national parks too. The breakfast was very good in terms of choices for the whole family. The staff helped us move our luggage upstairs. There is a gas station across the road which was also an advantage. There was a fridge n a microwave too in the room

This hotel offers great hospitality. The service is pleasant. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The front desk is wonderfully pleasant, and the shuttle staff are quick and always smiling. They offer morning coffee and tea at 3:00, and are always there to meet your needs. They always do everything you ask of them, so you can trust them. The food is also delicious.

It was the best hotel we experienced in the Banff. We have booked twice the room during our stay. It's a quiet place located in the park, near the railway. We were travelling with an RV; we got a special parking spot. Felt really good spending a night in the lodge; great beds, spacious, friendly staff, nice environment. We went by foot to lake Louise early in the morning and were able to leave RV at the lodge while already checked out (we promised to leave at 2.pm). Would highly recommend!
