Almost everything was perfect. The room and the staff was really nice. At the breakfast, could have more options. But the cleaning was not so good. My husband is allergic and he didn’t stay very well. I’ll attached a picture of the back of the tv where you can see the dust.

This hotel offers great hospitality. The service is pleasant. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The front desk is wonderfully pleasant, and the shuttle staff are quick and always smiling. They offer morning coffee and tea at 3:00, and are always there to meet your needs. They always do everything you ask of them, so you can trust them. The food is also delicious.

The entire staff (from front desk to restaurant service to housekeeping) were amazing throughout my stay, offering exceptional communication and assistance at all times. The entire team is working together to ensure guests have a happy and care-free stay! My experience in the Junior Suite matched the description on the website in every way. It was newly renovated, very comfortable, spotless-clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the kitchenware needed. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is a beautiful hiking trail to Lake Louise from the hotel which I highly recommend! But there are also busses running to get to the lake for 2$. Thanks for a wonderful time, especially to Karen and Carlos at the front desk!

It was the best hotel we experienced in the Banff. We have booked twice the room during our stay. It's a quiet place located in the park, near the railway. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Lake Louise Village is at 3 minutes walking with small grocery stores and a huge mountain sport shop. The Lake Louise Public bus stop is right in front of the hostel. The strict is excellent condition, I was surprised how bathrooms were always clean and ready to be used with new towels in the separate shower room. Kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials and very spacious. The hostel is divided in 2 building, where in the main one a sauna is available, a cozy living room to chill and read or play and a cafe where they provide all day food and drinks. Staff in particular is exceptional, we had the pleasure to meet Quirino, as a great host he provided all the information , great tips regarding the area and a very warm welcome, plus he managed to find us a room since our booking was not in the system. Can’t really thank him enough! One of the best encounters we had so far in Canada, positive and super friendly! Thanks again Quirino
