The room was clean and had everything you need. The fridge is a big plus to keep your beverages cold. We slept very comfortably. What stands out at the POUSADA is the beautiful greenery and well kept garden, the extremely friendly hosts and the exceptionally tasty breakfast.

It was our first time in Alto Paraíso and Eduardo was an incredible host, making us feel welcome even before we arrived and helping us with everything we needed while we were there (connecting us with guides and suggesting great experiences).     Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast set in your table near the pool was very nice. Fresh juice and fruits with eggs that you could choose to order. The special attention of the staff to give you tips and help you to plan your day. Was simply a realxing week.

    Really nice place, but the rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures, and the internet barely works. There was also unbearable sewage smell coming from the toilet for three nights. Staff is very friendly and helpful, though.

    A Fantastic breakfast is included in price. Th hotel has wonderful facilities including a pool, sauna, hot tub and an area to relax in the evenings with a log fire. The gardens are really beautiful with lots of birds.

    This is an amazing alternative village to enjoy Chapada dos Veadeiros. I loved everything about this place. I think we should have stayed more time here. Its dirt road in the village, very nice locals, good food, many restaurants and cafes. An we loved the Local Cultures festival.

    Alto Paraiso is one of the wonders of vthe natural world.

    Alto Paraiso is one of the wonders of vthe natural world. An easy 3 hour drive from Brasilia, It is the gateway to the Chapada Dos Veiadeiros National Park. The variety of trails and waterfalls is dizzying. The locals claim to regularly see alien craft whizzing through the sky here and the Green Alien is the symbol of the town. The locals are super friendly and helpful. People who live here seem to really love the life they have here

    Great place for nature hikes, beautiful waterfalls and tranquility. Anyone who is looking for moderate hikes and lots of nature will love this place. Many different types of waterfalls with swimming pools to choose from for each day of the trip. Lots of good restaurants in town center to choose from as well. Recommend staying at Estancia Jacy at Alto Paraiso. You won't regret it. Need a good car (Jeep recommended) to maneuver the dirt roads once you get off the main roads to access the parking lots to the waterfalls.
