We had booked several rooms of different bed types. We sent the hotel a list of names and rooms for each tourist in advance. On the spot we were given other rooms, instead of deluxe - ordinary ones. Unfortunately the people at reception were impolite and unprofessional the treatment for me was very bad and I didn’t like the attitude of the receptionist Secondly the room doesn’t have either refrigerator or water heater , the hotel was 30km far from Vienna international airport while in the Booking.com site it was mentioned 7 km so the taxi cost me 70$ which is too much I’ll never go back to this hotel again and I don’t recommend it.Guest review byMohammadJordan
