Karin in reception was a star, so kind to 2 travellers who were waiting for their luggage to arrive. Her English is excellent but even the German-speaking staff tried hard to make us feel welcome, knowing we couldn't communicate with them.

I had a great vacation here. Everithing was very clean and confortable starting with the room, restaurant, coridors and Spa. Positive mesages in the walls pictures and homemade soap are just small detalies what made my vacation.. The staff professional, helpfull and warm. The restaurant it is very cozy and familiar and the food delicios. The spa it is clean, alot of utilities and a variety of tea.
