The breakfast was amazing and there was lots of choice. The staff was so friendly and service minded. I saw guests thank individuals in the staff in person before leaving because they thought the service was so great and I felt that same way. They checked us in early and were very accommodating. The facilities were great and we were almost alone in the spa the days we went. The restaurant was great and had a good vibe. Great drinks and wines. Our room was amazing with a view over the slope and the hotel had a direct lift to the ski depot and to the gondola! We also parked our car for free in the garage and the garage was connected to the building which made it easy. Everything was great 10/10 all around.

The food was excellent. The staff was thoughtful and warm. Accommodations were extremely comfortable, clean and beautiful. The trip succeeded our expectations. The property was quiet, the shuttle to and from the ski lift was on time and efficient and made skiing very easy.

A beautiful place in the mountains with wonderful hosts. The hotel is of very high quality, with an excellent location and breathtaking Alpine nature all around. The attention to guests is 10 out of 10. The local cuisine is delicious, the pool is perfectly clean, and so are the rooms. The attention to detail is remarkable – they even provide backpacks for hiking. The parking is convenient, which makes the stay even more comfortable.

This was our second year in a row at the Alpenstern. The hotel has a superb location right at the piste and an all day long sunny terrace. The rooms are beautiful and the pool and spa with the panoramic sauna are an absolut highlight. The hotel offers a big and tasty breakfast buffet and delicious 3 course dinner option. Altogether, the hotel has everything you need for a relaxing skiing holiday.

Excellent room - quiet and peaceful - the only sound at night was the tinkling of cow bells! The staff were amazing, and the facilities like the pool and sauna were perfect. Their restaurant is outstanding, providing locally sourced food as well as some dishes with a Thai influence. The village is a delight, with a nice cafe (Stopp) and friendly locals. We chose this hotel as it was a convenient stop on our long drive across Europe, and were so pleased we did. A real highlight of our trip and highly recommended.

The location was fantastic for us - directly connected to cross-country skiing tracks and winter hiking trails.     We always looked for rural accommodation in a recent road trip around Europe, and this was perfect. When we arrived nothing much was open, and it was raining, but the staff still managed to get us squeezed into the restaurant, although we were located in the apartments just up the road. This is obviously a ski area in the right season, but perfect for walkers and cyclists at other times. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, so definitely get it included. Worth a visit is the cable car at Son Bezau as it has amazing views and is a lovely walk. There is a restaurant at the top too.

    It is a great hotel, not to big. The room was very spacious with sitting area. They serve a superb breakfast , lots of choice and everything is homemade. In the afternoon homemade pie, and healthy drinks. They have a great sauna witch you can use with relax room. Close to the ski area, only 10 minutes by foot or you can take the ski bus. The view from the hotelraam was fabulous

    Everything was better than any expectation! The staff were amazing and super helpful. All facilities were top-notch! As for the food… I never expected such high quality and amazing variety as was offered! There are plenty of hiking options around, from easy-peasy to challenging mountain hikes!     Very nice staff, very good food (we had the demi-pension), location is good for trips and when snow for ski. All is clean, restaurant is modern, afternoon cake very good.     The holiday was great we had plenty of snow and blue skies, with a dump of snow on the last day.Apres ski was bouncing on the slopes. The hotel staff were awesome and the food was cooked to perfection. The spa was really quiet during the day which gave a relaxing end to a perfect day...where we stayed there wasnt much night life which was exactly what we wanted and you make your own entertainment. We will definitely go back.

    I visited Warth 76 with children in December 2023.

    I visited Warth 76 with children in December 2023. We rented apartment No. 2 on the ground floor. Both bedrooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and had en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and directly connected to the living room with a large window from which I could watch the children playing in the snow. The house has an underground garage, so I eliminated the morning cleaning of the windshield. There is a sauna available for guests. From the house, I could easily walk to the information office, the ATM, or Spar for shopping. If one doesn't feel like cooking in the evening, one can try the restaurants within walking distance, offering local and international cuisine. I drove to the nearest lift (Steffisalp) within 5 minutes, where I rented skis for the kids and enrolled them in a local ski course. Beginners and experienced skiers alike can choose between the slopes. A further 10 minute drive (or local Skibus) takes you to cross-country (Salober), classic and skate skiing or you can take the cable car from here to the next ski resort, Lech. Warth 76 is the choice for anyone who likes to stay nice and comfortable on holiday, while having all the luxuries of an alpine resort within easy reach. They also have snow :o)

    If you stay 3 nights or more you are given the Mellau card which gives you free access to the cable cars in the area (among other perks that we did not use). Lots of hiking trails. Beautiful scenery.

    Schwarzenberg is located very central in the Bregenzerwald, with plenty of public transport connections. Within ten minutes Bezau can be reached, with the opportunity to use the dayspa in Hotel Post. From Schwarzenberg many hikes can be initiated. The public busses can also carry skiing equipment, so no need to drive with your own car. In case one misses the atmosphere of a city, Dornbirn is easily reached by private as well as public transport.

    A small picturesque village mainly locals around. Interesting slopes for advanced skiers. I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners. Just the right place if you are looking for serenity. Don’t expect any after skiing party and don’t expect many choices for eating out. There are buses running from hotels to the slopes every 15minutes and is great!

    Damüls is a lovely ski resort in Austria, although it did get extremely over-populated at the weekend. We had thankfully planned for this and took the day off snowboarding on the Saturday and went for a hike instead. Next time, we will just come for the week days! The weather was very warm, which encouraged day trippers to come, so I think that contributed.

    Warth is at the edge of the huge ski-area from Warth, via Lech, Zürs, Stuben and finaly Sankt Anton (all connected). A ski trip from Warth to St. Anton and back (via Zug) will take a day (42km) but is beautifull. Warth is very quiet but there are après ski opportunities (at Steffisalp). Warth is less expensive as Lech and not so crowded on the slopes.
