Exceptional Stay in Ksamil – Thank You Fabio and Team! I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at this hotel in Ksamil. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. A very special thank you to Fabio at the reception, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always available to assist us with a smile. Every request we made no matter how small was handled with care and efficiency. Fabio truly made our stay more comfortable and stress-free. The restaurant staff and chefs also deserve the highest praise. The service was impeccable, and the food exceeded all expectations. Every dish was prepared with attention to detail, combining local flavors with a gourmet touch. Dining at the hotel became one of the highlights of our trip. Equally impressive was the cleanliness of both the rooms and the common areas. The housekeeping team maintained everything to the highest standards, ensuring that our room was always spotless and the reception area immaculate and welcoming. In short, this was an unforgettable stay thanks to the professionalism, kindness, and dedication of the entire team. Our experience at Hotel Diol was fantastic from start to finish. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and prepared with care every morning – a perfect start to the day. The swimming pool was wonderful: always clean, peaceful, and never too crowded, which made it a relaxing spot to unwind. The entire hotel is spotless and beautifully modern. Our room was perfect – spacious, comfortable, and having a balcony made our evenings extra enjoyable. The value for money is honestly outstanding. This is the kind of place you’d want to come back to! Special thanks to the owner and his wive, who are always around with a friendly smile and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. And of course, a big thank you to Ardit at the reception – always cheerful, super helpful, and full of great local tips that made our trip even better. The location is also ideal: you’re just a 2-minute walk from the center of Ksamil, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. And there’s a small supermarket right next door, which is super convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return!
