Location is perfect , early check in was possible this time , the front desk staff was so kind and helpful , the room is wide and the design is beautiful , the turntable was essential to me because i'm a vinyl lover !

The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!

The apartment was great! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washer & dryer and all the towels/toiletries supplied. The location is ideal, outside the city but well connected. Only a quick bus or ferry trip away from either south Manhattan or the bus terminal which is around the corner from Times Square. The apartment is very secure with both a key code main building door and key code lock on the apartment door. James who assisted with our check-in and the lead up was very helpful. We didn’t spend too much time in the apartment as we were out in the city most of the days but the time we did spend was great! The area of Hoboken is very quiet and friendly so it was great to come back and relax after being in the city. The main street is only a 20 minutes walk and has lot of shops and places to eat too if needed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rebook if we visit New York again.

I've been travelling with my kid and during the busy holiday time we've got an upgrade of the room , which was absolutely stunning. All the Christmas decorations in the hotel, the comfort of the bed , room services, luxury bath fragrances from Le Labo , you can also feel it around all the hotel , the live Jazz in Lounge on Pearl... simply the sence for the details in this hotel makes you feel so welcomed . It was my first trip to NY and there is no reason to choose any other hotel next time. An extra thanks to Sara! Thank you so much for this experience.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the city, including the Empire State Building. The staff made us feel truly welcome and provided great recommendations throughout our stay. It was a very pleasant experience overall!
