The room was clean and cozy, the owners and Trevor were really kind and helpful, and the location was just perfect to go to the nearby beach and towns. Trevor even sent us a link he prepared with recommendations of attractions and restaurants that was really helpful to decide what to do during our visit.

From the self service breakfast and tea time in the evenings, the kitchenette was amazing. The rooms are spacious, lovely interior and exterior. The rooftop lounge and bar is just that cherry on top. They have a cafe and small shop with all your holiday essentials within the hotel which is incredibly convenient. The staff was incredible as well, would like to especially point out Mario (the manager), Dan (the bartender), Aedan (the receptionist), and Alfred (the room service expert).

Beautiful hotel located in a very nice area of Greenport surrounded by bars, restaurants and little shops. Our room was super clean and we liked the style very much. Parking was easy! We parked the car just next to the hotel in a street where a ticket was not even required. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast basket was a really nice touch! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest :)

The accommodations far exceeded our expectations, surpassing even the lovely photos. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was outstanding - extremely accommodating, responsive, and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a wonderful getaway.

Modern and spacious villa close to NYC/Brooklyn/Queens/Garden City se může pochlubit výhledem do zahrady a poskytuje ubytování s patiem a kávovarem. The host (Nick) was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The fenced backyard was a plus and the villa was very clean.

The property is beautiful - nicely designed modern style, great poolside and good location. The highlight is the host Michael who is just the nicest and most interesting guy. I felt like we were friends before I even arrived. Highly recommend this place.
