The house is beautiful, warm and very comfortable. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a room with double bunks and a sofa bed in the living room. The layout of the house is so good, and a huge bonus was a lockup garage. The kitchen was extremely well equiped plus there is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The air-conditioning was very much appreciated as it was freezing, raining and hailing most of the day. Be sure to get supplies along the way as there really isn't any shopping in and around the area, though there are some cafes.

Loved listening to the native birds in the morning and the rustle of the trees in the wind, and looking up at the stars from our private spa, a completely relaxing experience.

Our hosts Mary and Fergus are vibrant with roots in art, conservation and tourism, and it was a highlight to meet them.
