The staff are extremly helpful. They gave us local recommendations. It was like having a local guide at your hotel. Stand outs were Salauddin who was just a call away to help with everything and Salini. She was very helpful and was almost out local guide. Thanks for the hospitality.

Laxmi mam was an outstanding host, always helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless, with housekeeping taking care of them daily. Cleanliness - excellent. The amenities provided in the room were adequate. The location was convenient. Residential area, but quiet and peaceful.. Several food joints in the near vicinity.Awesome experience. Really good. Comfortable stay. Excellent hospitality . Calm area.Five stars all the way!

Bloomfield Farmhouse and Eco-Resort se může pochlubit výhledem na město a nabízí ubytování s zahradou a terasou. Tiger Hill se nachází přibližně 11 km odtud. Its the place what we were looking for ,far from the noisy environment of Darjeeling . I visited Darjeeling before and stayed in a hotel in the center experienced badly that time. Bloomfield is a place almost in the nature. We were really lost with the fantastic atmosphere . Its not a 5 star or a 4 star hotel in the city with high class bedroom but it's a romantic place. The staffs are very cordial . In the evening bonfire used to lit everyday where clients can enjoy the fire and their glasses. Mr.Arun ,the manager was always very careful ,he used to bring tea early in the morning to the room. Driver Chetan is an excellent chap, cracking cheeky jokes always when we used to go out with . He is also a good guide. I really miss this fantastic place. Surely I go back.

Upon departure they gave us a memento from your trip which was unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest celebrating a special occasion. The Raajkutir hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and thoughtful surprise made my stay in Kolkata unforgettable.
