Pokoj byl tak krásný! A také čistý, s klimatizací a dobrou wifi. Personál byl moc příjemný, dostali jsme milý dárek (děkujeme!). Snídaně byla velmi dobrá a poloha je v centru.

The personal is really nice, they let me do check in before and always they was so pending about my request, the location is amazing, close to hot spots and the price was really good, all place so clean. I highly recommend this place if you are traveling alone.

The most AMAZING trip I’ve ever been on! The service was impeccable and the people were even nicer! The resort were absolutely breathtaking and I can’t wait to go back! Huge shoutout to Habib! He was the kindest person and was so fun to be around! The morning breakfast spread was tasty and healthy. They have an amazing rooftop from where you can see the sunset and sunrise view.

My recent hostel experience was fantastic! The accommodation was impeccably clean and central, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight was an evening of Bollywood dances, where guests and staff joined in the celebration. The atmosphere was simply contagious! The hostel also facilitated easy connections and the making of new friendships. Overall, a top recommendation for those seeking more than just a bed—a place for an adventurous and sociable stay!

Everything was perfect, from rooms to café to the friendliness and help of everyone around. The safari organised by Vivian was very good, as authentic as it can be, with a beautiful night under the stars, in the desert.

Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Sometimes in traveling, one comes across a quiet gem that catches you for surprise and makes for a lasting life memory. Ahmed (the owner), Lucky, and their families have succeeded in creating such a place - epitomizing hospitality. Situated in a quiet corner of the old town, this haveli is serene, clean, and welcoming - with rooms that are perfectly sized, comfortable, and well furnished. The beds are remarkably comfortably, and I slept better in them than in my own bed at home. Ahmed's side work in antiquities additionally makes for remarkable decorations and books that can easily steal your attention on a slow night or morning. Ahmed and Lucky's wives run the kitchen and create delicious, fresh dishes which ensured that I had little desire to eat anywhere else! It was so fresh, we'd often put in our dinner orders in mid-afternoon so the ingredients could be picked up from the market the same day. Service was on par with some of the best hotels - with seamless communication to arrange transportation, track travel details, and ensure all was the best it could be. Throughout my stay, Ahmed and Lucky were constantly finding ways to improve my experience and regularly checked that I had everything I needed (even checking on me after I had departed for further locations in my trip). The crowning jewel of the experience was the conversations. Ahmed has created an environment that attracts an excellent variety of travelers and dedicates his evenings to bringing them together and building spontaneous community. Ahmed and Lucky are engaging and candid on their own as well - providing a unique opportunity to learn about the lives and views of Bikaners. Lastly, I must give a special shout out to Lucky's side work as TukTuk driver and guide during the day. He is excellent at both, and provides the rare add-on service of a candid crash course in Indian street knowledge and market practices (if you ask).
