Riverbench Homestay Munnar, Anaviratty poskytuje zahradu, terasu a sdílenou kuchyň. Munnar Tea Museum je 20 km odtud. Our stay at Riverbench was amazing! We booked it for 3 nights, but right after arriving, we could see how nice and comfortable it was, so we asked to extend our stay for 2 extra nights. Mr. Sabu, Mrs. Mini and their son and daughter-in-law were all so welcoming and friendly! Mrs. Mini's home cooked food was delicious! And the wifi was the best we had in all of India. The beds were very comfortable and big, and it was quiet and nicely dark at night. The location is in a rainforest setting and the view is like something at a fancy luxury resort. You can walk down to the river to swim in a little waterhole, and you can also walk up to a water fall area with big rocks to walk around. One of the days while we were there, we walked the 20 minutes up to the main highway and took a public bus to Munnar to explore there a bit (and buy some chocolate). Otherwise, we just relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our quiet, low-key days at the house. We highly recommend staying at Riverbench!
