Best property for the price in my entire trip so far . The landlady is extremely focused on customer satisfaction and aims to excel at what she is doing. It’s hard to find people like this anymore, she is very passionate about what she is doing so talk to her if you have issues with your stay before reducing the property rating because this place deserves 10/10 . it has amazing views and it is the only property i stayed which is more beautiful than the pictures on booking.com

Apartment was clean and very spaceous. Hosts were super nice and friendly, everything was more than perfect.

Manolis Studios Thassos se nachází v obci Skála Kallirákhis, 28 km od Kavaly. Do obce Potos je to 12 km. Apartmány jsou klimatizované a vybavené satelitní TV. This is a quiet and cozy family hotel right on the seafront, with a small private beach. The grounds are well-kept: flowers in pots, greenery, and inviting corners for relaxation. The room was small but comfortable, with everything needed for storage and a kitchenette with a basic set of dishes. If you plan to cook, it’s better to bring your own frying pan, some essentials, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid — everything is available in the shared kitchen, but not very convenient to use. I was given a room with a side sea view. On Booking, a direct frontal view was advertised, so this came as a disappointment. The roof partially blocked the view and made it difficult to fully enjoy the scenery. A special mention goes to the host, Manolis. He radiates true Greek hospitality and kindness, which makes the atmosphere even warmer and more welcoming. On the premises, there is a barbecue area with a dining space overlooking the sea, a freshwater shower, and a separate spot to rinse your feet so you don’t bring sand into the room. Pets are allowed, and nearby olive groves make for a great place to walk them. The nearest taverna is a 5-minute walk away: simple but with tasty homemade Greek food. The town is about a 10-minute walk (1–4 minutes by car). A bit further, on the way out of the village, is the fish taverna “Klizma,” which I also recommend. You can reach the town either by road or through the olive groves and villas — the path is longer, but much more pleasant. Overall, this is a place for those who value peace, the closeness of the sea, and the simple Greek atmosphere without unnecessary noise.

Exceptional accommodation, just a very short drive away from the Golden Beach. The staff are very attentive and very polite. The owner is also very welcoming and helpful, letting us book our room for one night extra (we liked it that much!). Definitely will come back here next time in Thasos!

Big rooms, comfortable bathroom and nice balcony. The place has its own parking even for very big cars, own swimming pool, elevator for your suitcases and direct way to the beach. The guest have beach legs and umbrellas and space for relaxing day on the beach. The breakfast is amazing, rich intercontinental breakfast with traditional and fresh food. There is a restaurant with amazing food as well. The prices are good. The host and the service are 5 star. The location is excellent, close to the main walking area but not that busy and nosy.
