The staff is great, especially Abdullah was always ready to assist. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel recently opened, so everything is new in it.

There is no elevator but they take your luggage upstairs at your arrival. Our room was pleasantly decorated and comfortable. Youssef, the owner, lives next door and he is always available to help with any need you may have. He showed genuine care for his guests. Breakfast on the terrace with the pyramids view was quite rich and the staff Nour and Sereh are very sweet and friendly.

As soon as you explain what you need, they are doing that Been here on winter time with friend and the hotel owner gave us a heater. Super lovely Oh and they have nice breakfast)
