We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

Hotel des Balances se nahaja na slikoviti lokaciji ob reki Reuss v starem jedru mesta Luzern. Brezžični internet je na voljo brezplačno. We got the room with river view + balcony. Great view, lots of amenities provided (or available per request), room was big enough and clean. If u have a balcony, suggest to call for room service at least for breakfast, so worth it.

Request Type : Property Description Nowhere do the stars shine more intensely and the sunrises are more spectacular than on Pilatus Kulm. So close to Lucerne and yet in a completely different world. The most peaceful, beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! So impressed with the entire hotel, lovely staff, warm and comfortable room and so spacious! Delicious four course dinner and so many options for breakfast. Can’t wait to stay again!
