The room was really well laid out - really impressed with how techy it was - easy to control lights, plugs right beside the bed, other little useful controls within reach. Little things that hotels seem to keep getting wrong - these guys got them all right! The view from the room was nice and the bed was super comfy. The little shop in the hotel had really nice snacks - not just standard crisps and sweets, but some really tasty healthy options too. The staff were really helpful.

Located in Banff National Park, this resort features suites with views of the Rocky Mountain. Easy access is available to Bow Valley Parkway and Lake Louise is 20 minutes’ drive away. Really nice location and environment.

The front desk staff, Ms. Alexia is so helpful and gives kind assistance to us. We appreciate her effort. The hotel provides bus coupons to ride in Banff, which are extremely useful.

Service was so prompt. Accommodations were made even before arrival - early check-in...fridge in room...and even after when I forgot an item after checking out!!

From check in to check out was very smooth. The day was very enjoyable and comfortable. I Mostly like the kindness of the staff, the decoration of the rooms and the prompt response for any request.
