The room was modern, clean, and quiet, thanks to its excellent soundproofing. It provided a peaceful retreat after a long day, and I appreciated the thoughtful design. The large, bright window let in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and refreshing atmosphere. The bathroom was impressively designed with a clear separation of dry and wet areas, each of the toilet, shower, and washbasin was individually partitioned, making it both hygienic and easy to use. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes and preferences. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and providing assistance when needed. Additionally, the luggage storage service was very convenient and efficiently managed, making check-in and check-out stress-free.

Lovely modern interiors and state-of-the-art home furnishings. Highly recommended to anyone staying in Vienna for at least 2 days.

Very good location. 100 meters from the metro, trams and buses, as well as the starting stop of the bus to the airport. Close to a very large mall. Very well equipped kitchen in the executive studio. Excellent breakfast.

Staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests that we may have had. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Exceptional location allowed us the privilege to walk to sightsee and visit much of what this beautiful city has to offer… we even walked to the opera in our Sunday best (with a stop for dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant recommended by outstanding concierge team at the Almanac). The hotel is beautiful and magestic with a bit of a modern flair. The restaurant has lovely breakfasts and lunches (we didn’t experience dinner). The room is extremely comfortable and the bed heavenly. We can’t wait to return, it is definitely our recommendation when visiting Vienna.

I liked that the hotel is new, that the rooms are nice and clean. Due to good metro connections, the hotel is not far from the center and the main attractions of the city. Sound insulation is excellent and you cannot hear other guests from neighboring rooms. A very ugly thing happened to me during my stay in Vienna; a thief stole my wallet at the train station and took all my money. It was a lot of stress for my mom and me, and our vacation was ruined. There was no point in staying in Vienna in such a nervous breakdown, so we told the hotel staff what happened to us and asked if we could leave two days earlier and get a refund for those two nights. They agreed without any questions and we are very grateful for that. Their kindness and understanding meant more to us than the certainly wonderful ambience of the hotel. All recommendations for Bassena hotel. They are great! You won’t regret :)

Designový hotel s perfektní úrovní služeb. Snídaně naprosto vynikající, široký výběr. Ocenila jsem rovněž možnost parkovat přímo v hotelu. Do centra trošku procházka, ale nic, co by se nedalo zvládnout.

Hotel Josefine se nachází ve Vídni a nabízí bar. Vídeň-západ nádraží je 1,2 km daleko a Muzeum Leopoldových 1,2 km. I liked everything in this hotel, from the room accommodation to the wonderful. Diana and Miroslav were extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the near future as it exceeded my expectations.
