Extremely safe as it’s behind a gate with 24 hour security. The food is excellent and the bathrooms are very clean! The staff especially David, James and Nash will do everything to help you make your time in Jinja the best it came be! Awesome dogs!

LaVista Safaris asub Jinjas, 5,1 km kaugusel Jinja golfiväljakust, 5,9 km kaugusel Jinja raudteejaamast ja 10 km kaugusel Niiluse allikast ja Speke monumendist. The friendly staff assisted us with check-in. The accommodation quality was quite good, and the bedroom in particular was superb. The hot water worked well and all the appliances were excellent. We've stayed at several places in Jinja, but this was the best accommodation in terms of cleanliness and value for money. Our entire family was satisfied and we plan to use it again next time.

Although it’s off the beaten path a bit, it’s well worth the effort to find this gem. The property is simply beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is superb, the owners live on site, and they accommodated our every wish…including serving two special dinners for us and our friends from Jinja. It was like having a private chef.

I was overwhelmed by my whole e at Afro Smile Guest house. Everything was excellent. I am Vegan and had wonderful food, my non-Vegan friend also had fabulous food. The room and grounds were lovely. A very friendly owner and the entire staff. Excellent breakfast (both option-wise and taste-wise). The upgraded room alloted to us was huge and very comfortable. View from the room (balcony) was very soothing and my only regret is that I could not stay longer. This property deserves a weekend stay because of the peace and quiet it offers.

Everything is made very comfortable and beautiful, for an affordable price. The common areas were beautifully made, clean, really nice spaces to spend some time. Nice view out to the lake. Interesting and calm area around the property, Source of the Nile in walking distance, just like the city center. The place has a bar, where we got breakfast and had nice cocktails in the evening. We especially thank David for his kindness and generousity! We definitely recommend Home on the Nile!
