This remarkably well run property deserves a 10 because everything you need to enjoy your stay works .... cold fridge, instant air-conditioning, effective ceiling fan, intact fly screen, coat hangers with clips, comfortable beds and reliable wifi (think I even got messages while in the square). Across from the central square it's a small nest of studios with kitchenettes, many with sea views. Ancient dig themed front wall nice feature. Our newly renovated bathroom, a wet room, drained well, mirror had a blue tooth connection and useful magnifier. Huge roof top terrace with panoramic views of the port. You can relax there and appreciate the sea breeze on outdoor furniture. Plus there is a clothes hanging area with the cutest pegs for guests to use. Hosts Andrea and Irene attend to every detail, anticipate guests needs and have thoughtful systems in place to ensure everything in their control functions to a high standard. Extensive library of books in language order. Fabulous! Close to the night action at the square. Missing Andrea's good bathroom, evenly tiled floors and conveniently located power points already. All the restaurants we ate at in Lavadia port and beach front cooked up delicious food. Be ready to stay a while on lovely Tilos and eat out!

Ubytovat se zde bylo naše nejlepší rozhodnutí. Skvělá poloha,10 metrů od moře,kousek od přístavu a centra. Výhled z naší velké terasy byl okouzlující.apartmán byl útulný,dobře zařízený a velmi čistý. O úklid se starala hospodyně Toukta,lepší jsme snad nezažili. Paní majitelka Popi je úžasná,vyšla nám ve všem vstříc. Je velmi starostlivá. Celý ostrov Tilos a toto ubytování byla láska na první pohled😍doufáme, že se brzy vrátíme.😘

The room was spacious, clean, with a lovely view, and the bed was very comfortable. I had an excellent 2-day stay: the host was kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous terrace with stunning view over Tilos port including a jacuzzi and sunbeds. Everything at Tilos villa has been beautifully designed in a thoughtful way and has a high end luxury boutique feel. The rooms are incredible with full kitchen, table, linens and bathroom set up. Sonia iand Christopher are brilliant and attentive hosts who made lots of recommendations for local restaurants, arranged and took us out on their boat with lots of swim stops, snorkeling and picnic! Highly recommend this extra! Alongside pick up and drop off to the port for our ferry and flexible checkout, we were able to keep the room later to accommodate our ferry departure. Tilos itself is gorgeous, somewhere you can really relax, very quiet and tranquil even in July. Lovely local beach with sunbeds, bakery and restaurants. There is even a CrossFit gym by the beach!

Livadia is full of accommodation: pensions, hotel rooms, studios, apartments. Why does this place stand out? First, because of the hosts, who live below, and who are unfailingly helpful, happy, and generous, in too many ways to mention. From the very first moment when they insisted on lifting our heavy suitcase up the stairs, they really made our stay special. They also helped us by being flexible when our ferry arrival and departure times didn't quite fit the advertised check in and check out. Second, because it's a home, of which the hosts are proud - this also means for instance that the kitchen is better stocked with plates/ glasses / utensils than many purpose-designed places. There are plenty of power sockets and the wi-fi works well. Third for the location - within 50m of the central square but in a quiet car-free lane, within 400m of good swimming, and within 100m of the port. Fourth - the view. The images here can't really do justice to the full panorama, The top floor terrace is great for watching the sunrise with a coffee, admiring the view of the bay, watching the chaos unfold as a ferry docks just below you, enjoying a drink as dusk falls, or a nightcap under the stars.

We loved the apartment, it was very spacious with everything you could need. The location was fantastic with a sea view from the main balcony and a view of the village square from the other balcony. It was just a few minutes from the ferry port. There is a cafe restaurant below the apartment, 3 small supermarkets, a bakers and the bus stop a few minutes away. We ate at the excellent rooftop Gorgona restaurant, the closest to the apartment, and the excellent Almyriki restaurant on the sea front. We took the bus to the really pretty and peaceful beach of Agios Antonios.
