Located in the middle of Interlaken, both stations were about a 10 minute walk away. The hostel also gave us cards for free bus trips around a interlaken in case we didn’t want to walk. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. Our room was mixed gendered and had 3 bunk beds (so 6 people in total). There are washing machines and a fully equipped kitchen on the basement, so you can cook yourself if you want to save a couple francs

Stunning idyllic Swiss chalet style lodge. So clean and all food was delicious. Staff so helpful and happy. Really lovely location too. Couldn’t ask for more. Situated in the centre of Grindelwald, a 5-minute walk from Grindelwald Train Station, the sports centre, and the First Cable Car, Hotel Hirschen offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving cheese... The room was really spacious with amazing mountain views. The location is very convenient, on Grindelwald's main street, close to the train station and cable cars, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The cleanliness was top notch. Ample counter space in the bathroom for all the toiletries. Breakfast was really good and they go the extra mile to include local cheese and bread. The staff was really friendly, they were very kind and were able to help us with an early check-in.
