    Clean, modern, and comfortable, and communication with the owner was very easy via text. Despite very warm weather, my room was cool and comfortable (a rarity in a seaside town where most properties won't have air con!), and the surrounding streets were quiet enough to leave windows open. I was unable to stay for breakfast owing to a very early start, but the in room tea/coffee facilities were great. The on-street parking nearby was fine, plenty available on a busy weekend.

    The Hosts are lovely and have thought of everything. The rooms have everything you need. Pre-ordering your cooked breakfast is great as it's cooked fresh and you aren't waiting long. Theres a small car park or easy on street parking right outside. Perfect location and nothings far away

    Brilliant location, just a 10 min walk from beach and shops. Clean and spacey rooms. Comfy bed and sofa with a smart TV. Furniture a little old and outdated but not an issue. Pool and hot tub were small and simple but still good. Free parking available round the back bur very tight car park! Great value for money

    Our family room was huge with a double bed and two singles and had a fantastic view across the bay. Large bathroom. Free parking in such a location is a boon, although it's first come first served (there is a pay-and-display car park literally next door.) Bar food and breakfast were both very good. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

    We had the Superior King Room, which was fresh, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Although the car park is small, the host had a key safe for my car keys so that the cars could be shuffled around if needed. Some might say that they could add Valet Parking to the Facility list.. Also to note the sausages on the breakfast were worth the visit alone Highly recommended.

    Great breakfast with lots of choice. Fab pool and pool area. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location good but is up a hill but we always caught a taxi back from the town/Harbor which was easy to get and only cost £6. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Free parking in the car park.

    Clean ,comfortable, nicely decorated rooms - actually the whole hotel felt like a well run quality place. Welcoming staff. The bathroom better than in most similar hotels - a large sink and shower with a lot of space, good water flow. We were lucky to get a free parking space, however, if you are not, there is a large car park nearby and the owners can sell you it for discounted £6 per day. Close to the centre and reasonable walking distance to two beaches.

    Location was excellent on the seafront near to the pier and marina. Room was clean and tidy with all facilities as advertised. Multi storey car park 2 mins walk away and with the permit from reception was half the price of on street parking. Breakfast menu varied and was of a good quality.
