Everything was fantastic!! The staff was extremely helpful and kind,the food was beyond amazing along with the stunning quality of service!The room was very clean,with a full sea view from the balcony as shown in the pictures.Perfect location right in front of the ocean!Thank you all very much for the amazing time we've had.

The hotel is situated in the city centre. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is great!!! Friendly and helpful people, especially Judy in the reception, Luis and Paul in the concierge. A great place! Our cottage was very spacious and clean, really worth the money. It was well equipped, incl had a washing machine. The staff was great, really professional, also the outside areas are well taken care of by the maintenance staff/gardeners. Because of the storm and cancelled ferries we ended up staying 8 nights instead of 5, but thanks to good wifi could telework. The hotel is right next to a bus stop, the bus from there will take you to St Aubin+ St Helier. We definitely want to return!

An amazing adventure for my son who was stranded on Jersey for a night due to a cancelled flight. fantastic location, staff and very lovely and great facilities. I panicked when his flight was cancelled as we don’t live in Jersey but had travelled to the island from France with him so he could catch a flight back to the uk. We were faced with a dilemma. the airline would pay for his accommodation but of course not mine to accompany him. He is autistic so staying at the wildlife camp was the perfect solution. He would be able to stay in a safe and enclosed environment which he had already visited and so knew for 24 hrs on the island, travel there and back to the airport by taxi and have a solo adventure with known perametres. it turned a worrying situation into something wonderful. When he got there the staff were brilliant and his room a geodome tent and really cosy. he had a private bath room with loo and walk in compact shower, and a kitchen, as well as electricity sockets and WiFi. He also had free access to the zoo which he really enjoyed. going around it in the evening and the next day. He was able to leave his bags during the day too. A highlight for him was being roused in the morning by the calls of lemurs and gibbons. All in all a fantastic experience and one which means I hope to go myself one day.

The location was excellent for me as I was at the Havre de Pas bathing pool most of the time and it's an easy 10 minutes walk. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. Couldn't ask for more. The hotel is of its era which adds to the charm. My bed was very comfortable and I had an en suite shower.
