We had an incredibly lovely stay!! The apartment was extremely spacious, with a private bathroom for every bedroom and a big lounge/dining area. The interior is also very modern, yet cosy. Kitchen had everything you need for a week's stay. The showers are super lovely too. The apartment was very clean (apart from under the beds). The facilities (pool, Skiraum, etc) are great - although to get to the pool, you have to walk through the garage (something to bear in mind). The location is simply amazing, with only a 2 minute walk to the lift and some nice restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is convenient when travelling by car from any close by airport. All inclusive food service was excellent with fresh variety of foods available each day, catering from babies to adults. We did not use the adult spa facilities but the family spa area had everything needed for a comfortable relaxation. The hotel has a kids club and wet wipes stations everywhere. We loved 'first ski' experience for toddles aged 3-5 years old everyday just outside the hotel. There is a grand playground and further children's activities each day. For older kids, the piste offers excellent ski schools which are 6 mins drive by car. Since it is a family run hotel, the staff excel in service. It is an excellent 4* hotel for a relaxing family holiday all year round.

    First of all, Petra, the owner of the guesthouse, is an extraordinary person. We had the misfortune of losing our car key somewhere 2 hours away by car. We had a spare key in the room, and Petra offered to bring it to us personally. The guesthouse is very well located, with daily cleaning, a varied breakfast, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Covered parking, a dreamlike landscape. Thank you, Petra!

    Fairly small but well equipped and clean appartment. It is perfect for two people, would also work for a family of four if children are not too young. The staircase to the second bedroom is fairly steep, so not really suitable for small children. Nice terrace, parking space right in front of the house.

    Great location, close to skiing. Very clean with nice decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great, the food was fantastic for both the breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of parking.

    Great friendly host even brought gifts for my wife's birthday, very clean, comfortable, full catering facilities, fresh towls, clean linen, modern, looks like recent full refurbishment, great bathroom and shower, big TV lounge, comfy beds, internet, ski drying facility, loads parking, in small village with shops just of main rd, just great place realy enjoyed our stay would recommend this place. Ski lift 2km from house connects you to whole kitzski area incl kitzbhul ski area we drove but is ski buses.
