Hotel facilities and service were amazing. Breakfast was very good. Staff were attentive and helpful. We had a really nice stay there.

Sheraton Kagoshima se nachází v destinaci Kagošima a má fitness centrum, zahradu, terasu a bar. I have booked this hotel just for the view, and I was not disappointed. Few of the staff members did speak English which is huge plus, I did ship my suitcases to different hotel and they helped me with all of this. You can buy day pass at the hotel which was amazing. Also huge plus was the fact that they do offer the lift to Kagoshima station and back. Their breakfast is to die for. The location is super nice too the tram station is just next to the hotel.

Yuki was a wonderful host and there were just the right amount of amenities for a comfortable stay. I traveled here with my 7 year old son, and he liked the tatami room and the foot onsen, as well as the bath indoors too. Thank you!

The place is truly authentic, ppl may describe it as old but it's can't be more wrong. I would describe it as rustic and serene, especially with the river beside it. Yes!! A running river, not much of a great sight but the sound of flowing water bring peace to your soul. Also, there's a private and excusive onsen beside the river, you just have to reserve it. Now to the most important aspect, the staff of Seiryuso.The hotel manager, Kajiki san set the benchmark for top notch hospitality. He has a bubbling personality, always giving out good vibes and positive energy. Always ready to serve and provide service. Always service with a smile.😊😊😊. Well, Japanese are known to provide great service but this is a whole other level. A special shout-out to the restaurant crew, specifically the service staff, didn't manage to get all their names other than matsuyi san. Kudos to the other gentlemen that provided the service.

Spacious, super clean, well, wonderful view, the owner was responsive and super nice, helped us with anything we needed. Everything about it was so convenient and comfortable. So many outlets, great Wi-Fi, washing machine, and of course, the highlight - a private onsen! Really a wonderful stay.

The location is great for us because we drive and they are next to a farm with very scenic views!
