Staff were very prompt and thoughtful, responding to my query immediately and ensuring my food restriction is taken care of. They were attentive and ensured my needs were taken care of. The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.

-G7 Hiroshima Summit 2023 Venue- Overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, Grand Prince Hotel is located a 15-minute drive from central Hiroshima. Very small room, but known in advance, so acceptable. Would have loved the change to pay for an upgrade to a larger room, but the hotel was full. I thought the staff did an excellent job to accommodate all of our needs and wishes. Would stay here again for sure. Club was delightful and staff nicely engaged.

It’s very clean and cozy. The view from our balcony is stunning. The private bath is awesome too! Staff are so nice and helpful!
